Guild Ranks
Up, up the ladder you go
As you start your adventure, you'll work your way up the ladders of our ranking system.
Your hard work, dedication, time consumption & participation will be highly rewarded.
For this, we have created our own system. Trying to make the ranking up as fun as possible, but with realistic, fair & intelligent promotions.
As you move up the ladder, the journey of being a surfer becomes more, and more brutal & naturalistic for each step you take. We tried making it as fitting to our guild as possible, as almost all the ranks are associated with the name.
Our ranks are as following:
Waterboy
Sunny Surfer
Rainy Surfer
Stormy Surfer
Volcanic Surfer
Tsunami Surfer
MVP
Waterboy: Our beloved very first rank, with a big grin and a good attitude, this has to be one of our favorite ranks.
Overall being a humorous rank for the new people in the guild, not completely sure where to be placed, or leveling characters, or ungeared slackers not yet proven themselves!

Sunny Surfer: You're still under process, and not yet proven yourself as we've wanted. But things are happening, and we have gratituded this with a little promotion. Maybe you lack gear, maybe you lack experience, but you have definitely not been unnoticed! You're optimistic, and have put a smile upon our faces, you make the sun shine! - Let's call it the pity rank!
Rainy Surfer: Your effort has been noted, however still slightly in the shallow waters. Maybe you've got skill, but not gear, not yet fully committed to your twink, or maybe not even been here long enough to excell around here, despite you might have been dedicated with the guild. You have not yet reached the storms and achieved higher in our eyes.
Stormy Surfer: The storm is coming, a rank purely for dedication. You've fully commited to your twink, and have achieved a silver star in our book. Maybe not participated fully into the guild, but theres absolutely nothing wrong with your char. Maybe you even lack a little experience, but your force is deadly, and your effort & time spent is highly rewarded.
Volcanic Surfer: The ground is shaking, you've been hired to the B-team. You're tough as concrete, hot as lava, but getting to the buttom of the volcano takes time. A rank highly valued. You've shown remarkable dedication and skill or game presence, you're openminded and have participated in the guild enough for us to vouch you with alot of responsibility. You're on premade hotline and will often get called out for events with an almost secured spot.

Tsunami Surfer: The silent wave of deadly force has arrived. You've been hired on the A-team. Your enemies tremble in sight and leave bgs before they have started, you're simply not fun to play against. You've shown exceptional skill, superb game presence & openmindedness. You're not just a strong individual, you're part of the lethal tsunami - you work with the team and not solo.
When premades are near, we call - you show! You've achieved greatness, and is highly respected.

MVP: This rank is not really something you can crave, strave and achieve by wanting it. Nor is it measured in skill or dedication like many of the others. It's an unusual rank awarded for a minor amount of people we have felt made an impact to the guild - in one way or the other. And has deserved a little recognition. A little extra perks for the humble participants - and most commonly old schoolin' veterans of the mighty surfers.
We hope, that you'll want to put the time and effort, into maintaining or improving the guild and the friends around you.
